During your stay, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers, and you can indulge in excellent fishing opportunities when you charter a boat with Alpine Fishing Adventures, 10 miles away.

The condo was nice. A bit smaller than others I've rented there. There were only 2 beds which makes it more difficult to share with others. The biggest reason for the 3 out of 5 and not a 4 or 5 is the lack of logging into my own streamming sevices. The TV was "smart" and had the streamming apps but I couldn't log in because there was no internet sevice. I could have brought a Roku or a HDMI cable for my laptop but for the price I shouldn't need to provide those items.
Spacious and comfortable unit. Location was perfect. Lack of snow made the ski-in/ski-out a little tricky, but that's not their fault. Staff was great. We had an issue with the microwave and maintenance was up to fix/replace within 20 minutes. Will definitely be back.

Great location right next to snowflake lift. Ski rental store on the property. Covered garage for one vehicle. Short walk to Main Street. Nice apartment.
Have stayed at this location for a few years now due to its skiing access and facility/room amenities. Staff is always friendly, helpful and a accomodating. An improvement needed at his time is the need to replace the bedding.
What can I say about Matt and the crew. That did an awesome job always quick response. Service is awesome. Customer service is awesome. Great atmosphere!! A must place to go back and visit. The view and the center of everything around it was awesome.
