Comfortable, with 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to hang in the evening. We weren't there at all during the day, but we've used this property two years running, and expect to use it for a third.

Dawn’s cabin was a great place to stay while in Frisco. There was plenty of room for our party of 5. We liked the 2 separate decks and location near a stream. The Aspens outside the windows were very scenic. The place was stocked well with towels and kitchen supplies. Proximity to hiking, biking and walking into town was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!
We traveled in for a quick 2 night stay for a wedding and Dawns Cabin was great! Plenty of room, clean, quiet and all the amenities we could need. Would absolutely stay there again!
This place was a good place for us to stay while in Frisco. We didn't spend much time there, but the beds were good, and having three bathrooms is great! There's a couple of minor maintenance issues to be addressed, but overall, this place was great for the price.
