Passage Point 422

There were multiple issues with this stay. The information on the website did not include any height restrictions for the included parking. When I asked about the height, the agent could not provide the information. I was told to park at a lot a few miles away for $20/day if the vehicle did not fit. Then I was told to park at a lot across the street, but that lot indicated it was $60/day and did not allow overnight parking. There were also multiple issues with the unit itself. The floor cushions had stuffing coming out of them, the unit smelled when we entered, there are brown/yellow stains on the shower curtain, stained and cracked cutting board, no hot tub towels, no lock on the ski locker, missing cooking utensils, missing part on the coffee maker. I was told multiple times that the local agents would take care of these issues and that the local team would contact me. They have never contacted me and they did not take care of any of these issues / respond to my questions.

This relatively new condo is clean and has just the right amount of space for a family of 4. It is connected to to Center Village and the American Flyer and Eagle lifts through a bridge for quick access.

Excellent hot tubs and swimming pool. And a nice workout room!

Great location, steps to the base and the restaurants. Parking was easy and hot tubs hit the spot. Great place.

We love this Copper property and have stayed in the building many times - different condos each time. This condo was clean and nice. The management company was very confusing and it required multiple calls to get the check in process figured out.
