It was an ok property.

We stayed here for 5 nights in Jan 2025. Walking distance to the lift & shuttle to village and other mountains. On the 3rd floor so be prepared to walk up. No lockers for skis so had to bring them inside. Unit was a little dated but felt worth the $$ & we would stay here again

This place is in a perfect location for a Snowmass winter vacation. No washer/dryer is a bummer, but just know that going in and you’ll be fine. I’m sure there are nicer properties in the area, but if you are there to ski all day and come back to a warm spot to crash for the next day, this place is hard to beat for the price.

Convenient location. Needs upgrades. Nice being by the bus stop and across from the Assay Hill lift. Loft is nice for kids but kind of odd to have to access via the bedroom. Wooden Furniture, fixtures, etc pretty outdated. Dishwasher front panel was broken and sliced open one of our fingers. Main bathroom shower was a dribble so only one working shower during our whole stay. Wouldn’t come back but best affordable option for the area.

It was a nice Condo. Did not like that there is no Keurig in the condo. And did not like it was on the third floor. Heads up if u have luggage and skis def. Don't book this room!
