Marine Park Condo Unit C-16

Beautiful home, extremely comfortable, great location, tastefully decorated. Fully equipped to make a vacation spot very easy.

Couldn't ask for a better location. We did not use our car for two days as you can walk to all the cafes, restaurants and bars. There is also bus service you can get right outside that will take you to Keystone, Breckenridge and most other resorts. We also really enjoyed the views from the condo. It is the highest unit in the complex so you very clear open views of the surrounding mountains which gives you privacy and a open relaxed feeling. We really enjoyed our stay...only wished we could have stayed longer.

Incredible location! Across the street from the marina and Main Street! Unit did not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Would stay there again!

We loved it.

We absolutely loved this home! Plenty of space for my family to spread out, gorgeous views, hot tub, sunroom (great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the mountains), beautiful kitchen. We will try to rent this location again for our annual summer trip to Frisco. Walking distance to Main Street and the Marina. There are a lot of stairs as the garage/washer & dryer is on level 1, 2 of the bedrooms and main entrance are on level 2, kitchen/living/sunroom on level 3 and primary bedroom on level 4 - so be prepared for that. Note the grill is NOT in the condo unit as pictured - there is a grill in the pool area to use, which is right next to this condo unit. 2 of the balcony doors would not lock, but we kept our doors open at night to enjoy the mountain breezes, so it was not a huge deal - just felt odd to leave them unlocked when we were out. They have Xfinity - so access to cable TV channels, which my kids loved. There were only 4 of us, but this could accommodate 8 people easily with the fold out beds in the guest room and primary bedroom. We were able to fit our Explorer easily in the garage with no issues. Anything larger definitely would not fit, but there is plenty of parking. **there is construction taking place in the lot next to this condo unit - so M-F there is noise associated with that as of June 2025. Demo was being cleaned up so guessing building will start and be ongoing in 2025. Didn't bother us because we are early risers but it was noisy during the day from about 7:30 AM to 4 PM.

Amazing condo. The location and views can not be beat! We can walk to town to all the shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and wonderful common space!
