It was a clean and cozy place with a great location!
It’s hard to describe how very awful my whole experience was with this company and this unit. I will start by saying that my original reservation was canceled and rebooked twice, one time being as I was driving and 20 minutes away from my original booking. When having to pull off on the highway and trying to pick a new location due to maintenance issues in the first location, we decided on this property. they assured us it was clean and ready for us walking in, it was complete opposite. This property definitely has been renovated from an older building and you can tell they have put a lot of love into doing that. My issue was the cleanliness with the unit. I’m sure it was because nobody had stayed in there for a long time, but there were dead bugs everywhere my husband swept up 12 dead bugs. There was a pretty awful smell in the apartment, but we assumed that it was just because it had gone without anybody staying in it for a while. There were dead flies in the blanket basket by the fireplace. The blinds were broken, and we could not utilize them, causing everybody from the outside to be able to see into the living room. When I called to explain the issues we were having, they told me they would send out a cleaning team. As we did not check in until 4 PM, the company let me know they would send someone out tomorrow to try and fix the blinds and clean up. Apparently, a cleaning team came the next day. When we came back to the apartment, the blinds had been semi replaced with something workable, so that was appreciated. It’s still did not smell great and there were still dead flies around the apartment that you could tell the cleaning team did not care to actually check the full apartment. Later that night, I discovered with the bad smell was. I went into the closet to get my backpack that I had placed on top of the dresser. In the corner of the closet, I saw an item that I thought it had fallen out of my backpack. It was a dead mouse stuck in the mouse trap that had been placed first of all, they used inhumane stick tape traps, and you could tell this mouse had been there for probably a month or two and had begun decaying. How embarrassing that a cleaning crew was supposedly out in this apartment to clean and thoroughly make sure that they were taking care of the issues, but somehow missed the dead mouse in their own trap. The cherry on top was that this mouse trap was right below the broom and pan that is in the closet just confirming the fact that nobody actually cleaned anything in the apartment otherwise they would’ve completely noticed the dead mouse. The communication with the company was completely awful. I’m still waiting for a partial refund. Even though I was told that I would be followed up with, I have yet to hear and this day was about two weeks ago now. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It’s sad because this apartment is very cute, but clearly it is not taken care of .
Although outside of the unit was not entirely aesthetically pleasing, the inside of the unit was beautiful and clean. I really like how the owner of the unit provided all the “basic” things needed to cook( spices and coffee included) cleaning materials and hygienic items for stay. Enjoyed the fitness center, hot tub and pool. I love how the property had great activities that families can enjoy( gondola, wood carvings show, alpine ride, restaurants, bar, pool and hot tub). Overall, great stay during our anniversary.
Awesome renovated condo located right next to the slopes! Boys were able to walk out and take off on their skis each morning!
This condo is a short 15 yard walk to the slope to ski down to the lift. It is also within 5 minutes of walking distance to all Village and restaurants.
Great location and easy access to resort and chairlifts, kitchen was stocked well.
