Absolutely loved the location. Coming from a family new to hiking the small trails around we're great. All beds were comfy including pull out couch, kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and a coffee maker with grounds. The only small thing was the place was a tad dusty. Other than that we had an amazing stay and most definitely will be back for our next colorado trip 😊
