This unit has all the essentials and was very clean. It’s stocked with more accessories than I expected. The digital PIN number entry for all doors is very convenient compared to walking around with keys or keycard. Indoor Parking and ski locker are very convenient. The walk to the ski lift is a bit much carrying skis and wearing boots (it can be done but rough) so maybe think about walking in shoes and getting a locker at keystone or use the overnight ski check at the lift; taking the shuttle bus only shaves off a couple hundred feet. The hot tub is plenty hot and easy to access and there is a convenient store and a couple restaurants without needing to go outside, otherwise walking to the base area of Keystone only takes 5mins where there are more food options and you can drive to Dillon in 10 mins.

The place was cozy, well equipped and located close to the base area. We ended up walking to and from River Run each morning (about 10 min) as the bus never seemed to be on its schedule. We never actually saw a red route bus the whole time. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed to cook meals. My one complaint is that the TV setup wasn't great. They have Dish to watch live TV, but the DVD player was broken and there was no way to access streaming services. Also, the indoor pool and hot tub area was a little claustrophobic and noisy in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay for people on a budget.
