Repeatedly appreciated features include the hot tubs, heated pool, gym access, laundry access, parking, and thoughtful in-unit extras such as fans, humidifiers, extra linens, and toiletries. The property was also noted for its quiet atmosphere, responsive staff, and overall welcoming experience that inspired many guests to return.

Great place and location, I’ve stayed here many times in the past. New downside this year however is the HOA homeowners voted to now charge guests $25 per day for parking. Many other great properties in town don’t do this to potential renters so will be renting from and supporting properties that don’t charge for parking next year.
Can't beat the location of this condo...everything you could need for your stay, communication was great.
Great location with easy access to Quicksilver Superchair. Parking underneath was easy to get up to the room. Great walking distance to lots of restaurants.
Condo was spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Breck. Great location especially if you have kiddos in ski school. Was also nice to have the laundry just a few doors down the hall.
This room was great! There were just two of us on a short snowboarding trip. We were not expecting any special amenities or luxury features. The value was outstanding… very spacious, a short walk to Quicksilver lift, outdoor hot tubs, very close to a lot of dining and entertainment options. The kitchen was not extremely well equipped, but we did not do any cooking. There is a free laundry room two doors down, but there’s only 1 washer/dryer for the whole floor and you’d need to bring your own detergents/softeners. It’s an aging unit so set expectations for value rather than luxury and you will love this room. Check in was easy, but difficult to find for us. Main Street Station is about five buildings… you will need to approach at the main drive through circle, not the individual building you are staying in.
Great place! Other then the bed...it was like a sinkhole, we're 5'4 110 lbs and 5'11 185s.
