Aspen Mountain Lodge 301

I will start with the good. The place was very clean and staff very friendly! However, the place could use a little upgrading. Especially the bathroom, balcony and balcony blinds. As well as the furniture. Although it was clean, I was a bit uncomfortable due to the old furnishing and outdated appearance. Could use a little refreshing.

The location was wonderful very close to everything the staff was great specially Rebeca she was always so attentive. I hated the pull out sofa and was so disappointed when they could not fix it. I don’t know why they advertise it as usable as it is not good to sleep in.

Great affordable place to stay in Aspen. Loved the included breakfast and parking. The room was outdated, the floor was dirty and the bathroom was a little moldy the shared balcony screen door was broke and would not shut and the floor at the balcony door was rotten. The sofa bed so so horribly uncomfortable, it’s not a mattress. Other than the room the property was great. Will probably stay again just not in the room we were in.

The units and furnishing are tired. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The balcony wasn't swept and was shared with the unit next to us. This wasn't what was outlined in the booking. We appreciated the easy parking but I am not sure we would stay again. The place could use a refresh.
