While being in the center of town, you'll appreciate staying in a private and quiet building. Featuring large, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony with some views of the Breckenridge ski resort, return from a day on the slopes to enjoy the peaceful scenery whether being inside or out. This balcony also features a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals with a view. The condo has undergone some recent updates including new hallway and kitchen flooring as well as a brand-new bathroom. There is a private stackable washer/dryer in the unit for your use.

The walkability of it was phenomenal! Main St. is a block away, grocery store across the street and we walked to the gondola. The condo was just right for a couple and was just enough room. Would stay again.

We had a great experience at this location. The unit is very short walk to everything downtown. If it's not close, the free public transit will get you there. (You have to download the app) The unit itself was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed. A couple questions came up, and the customer service was also amazing. Parking in Breckenridge is a bit of a nightmare, and this location doesn't escape that issue. For overnight parking, you will need to utilize the lot at the local ice rink, approx 1/4 mile away. Cost is $20 for 24 hrs on weeknights, and $35 for weekend days. Plan to park your car and just use the public transit (which is the best I've ever seen).
