Located seven miles south of Main Street Breckenridge, your expansive mountain log home is a comfortable getaway with 3,524 square feet of living space on a one-acre, tree-lined property. Breathe in the fresh mountain air on two decks. An oversized garage and paved driveway add convenience in the winter months. Breckenridge Ski Resort is less than 10 miles away.

High ceilings soar in the great room, with plenty of comfy seating and a wood-burning fireplace. Fine stonework, wood ceilings, and lodge-style patterns make it easy to unwind into vacation mode. Furnished with a sofa, a love seat, and a selection of books, the second living room is the perfect retreat for a quiet afternoon read. For something more active, gather everyone in the game room and host your own game night with the plethora of board and card games there. Between the games, kids' toys, and the large TV to watch, you're all guaranteed to have a memorable evening!

We had a wonderful stay at this Colorado mountain home. It felt warm and welcoming with a true cabin feel, and it truly had everything you need. Everything was clearly labeled, which made settling in easy. The game room was a great bonus and added to the fun, especially after a day of exploring. They were out of a few items, so we picked up some dish sponges, pet cleaner, and kitchen trash bags and left them for future guests. Communication was very convenient — texting made everything simple. We saw lots of wildlife, and the home is a perfect, tranquil place in the mountains with a cozy, homey cabin atmosphere. Cell service is spotty in the area, and we didn’t get a strong signal until leaving the neighborhood, so plan accordingly. I can’t wait to see what else they do to improve the property. A bigger deck would be amazing for the summer, especially with a picnic table. During our stay, the snow on the deck was frozen solid and a bit hard to shovel, but we made it work for our dogs. The beds were decent, the home was spacious, and overall we were very comfortable. We will definitely be back to visit!
