Sure, the carpet could use a refresh but the condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need for a trip to Breckenridge. The location is excellent, ski in/ski out and a few mins to walk to Main St. If you’re looking for the latest in interior design trends, book the unit next door for $$$$. If you’re interested in a great location and a comfortable unit that’s priced accordingly, book Cedars 26. We have stayed here on multiple trips & it is worth nothing they do make updates. New couches in living room & W/D are relatively new. Large capacity & run great. We will be back.

The heater and the fireplace were broken. I was told I would recieve and $100/day refund which I have yet to see.

Love the location of the property!

This home is in a great location to walk to town. You can tell that it is well used, but it was clean when we arrived. The place could use some updating and maintenance (there were outlets that didn’t work), but otherwise it’s perfect for a mountain getaway.

Overall very good value but needs better communications &/or instructions.

The location is incredible, there is no denying that. The whole place needs some renovations though. We knew the property was dated, but dilapidated is more like it. Every room had burnt out lightbulbs, countertops are barely hanging onto the wall, the entry doors are warped because they are so old so hard to open and close. All of the door knobs are so outdated that they are barely hanging on. Bifold doors of closets are just leaned against the wall because they don’t work on the track anymore, even the entry coded lock is old & hard to get open. We paid over $700 per night during Spring Break. There is a bougie hotel across the street that would’ve been the same price for two rooms for the stay. Yes, we were a short walk from the slopes, which was great and that is why we paid a premium price. There were other condos in the area that were nicer and less expensive, we just waited too late to book. But again, the location is great!
