Our family really enjoyed staying in this property. You absolutely cannot beat the location! We were able to walk around Breckenridge right outside the front door- which was awesome! The beds, pillows and linens were all very nice quality and our family of six all slept very comfortably. We would definitely come back to this place!

This condo was a little beat up with some holes in the couch and a pull-out bed that needed to be wrestled with to get it out and then very dirty once pulled out. Was hoping for a bit nicer of a place but it does the trick with a very nice location right on Main Street.

Perfect location. Easy parking. It met our needs/great value but this is not a luxurious unit, as described in the listing. Very dark inside at night. There is no light over the kitchen table and only seating for 3 at the table. There were no smoke detectors in the bedrooms (as per CO code). Mold on the bathroom ceiling, bathroom vent was completely caked with lint (probably why there is some mold). Carpeting is old and was dirty. Dated stove and refrigerator (no ice maker, just old fashioned cube trays). No ceiling fans in bedrooms (not an issue in Oct). Thankfully the beds are comfortable. This unit needs a deep cleaning and some easy updates/code issues addressed before we would stay in this unit again.
