Great location just 5 minutes from main street, 5 minutes to the chair lift.

The location on 4 O'clock Road backing up to 4 O'clock run is ideal for sking and accessing the downtown Breck area. The accomodations were just as advertised. The staff was courteous and helpful. When we come back next season I will definitely check with them first for a place to stay.

We recently stayed here and overall had a good experience, largely due to the incredible location. You’re truly within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and the Snowflake chairlift, and with the 4 O’Clock Run directly behind the property, it’s a true ski-in/ski-out setup. That part was absolutely unbeatable. That said, there were a few disappointments worth noting. We booked this unit specifically for both the location and the listed amenities. Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working, and we were not informed of this at check-in. We discovered the issue ourselves after hours (we checked in at 4:45 pm and staff leave at 5 pm) when attempting to use it, and were then told it does not work for this unit. The host did provide a small refund, which we appreciated, but given that it was 5° the first night, we likely would have chosen a different unit had we known in advance. There were also a few minor issues: no cutting board (though the kitchen is otherwise very well stocked), a few chipped glasses and bowls that we avoided using, and the TVs do not support AirPlay. The WiFi is extremely slow and would not be suitable for anyone needing to work remotely. Additionally, the master bathroom shower drains very slowly—after about a 10-minute shower, the water rises significantly and requires time to drain. On the positive side, there were plenty of extra linens and pillows, a humidifier, and games available, which were nice touches. Overall, it was a good stay, and the location truly can’t be beat. With some maintenance and better communication, this property could easily be a five-star experience.
