Black mold and mildew literally covering the main shower. The entire property was dirty and old, definitely not renovated like the description says. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty because the dishwasher didn't work and the cleaning crew clearly didn't care because they put them back. The beds were covered in pee stains, I only know this because they have you strip the beds prior to leaving. The floor was stained everywhere and covered with dust bunnies. The carpet was was old and ratty and dirty and coming up in multiple areas. The clothes dryer was broken so we had to go home with wet clothes. The dishwasher was broken with the sprayer literally melted to the drying element. The bed was so uncomfortable my back is still trying to recover from it, it felt like it was a 20 year old memory foam mattress, you just sank right into it and your shoulders came up near your head. The little cubes in the front were literally burned. The ottoman was falling apart to the point that my kids thought it was trash.

2 king sized beds and 2 baths and the proximity to the lift shuttle and Breck Main Street

The general location near the snow flake lift is nice that you can ski in with a short walk across the street but there is about a 6 minute walk to the lift in the morning. Good amount of sleeping arrange menus for the 5 people in our group but could accommodate more. Good amount of cooking utensil available but the knives were dull. One Hot tub is conveniently located to side of the condo building. It seemed that someone else also had a set of keys to then locker that was supposed to be assigned to our unit because we saw ski equipments from other people not in our group in the locker being removed and added.

Very clean. Kitchen feels fully furnished, made it easy to cook. No complaints.
