This main living space/kitchen can be closed off via a pocket door, quietly separating it from the other family-friendly side of the house. The second living room includes a smart TV and stereo. The heated 2-car garage has a smart TV, Bluetooth music connection, darts, and a loop game. Relax on the wraparound deck or while soaking in your private hot tub.

The primary bedroom's en suite bathroom offers a double vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A guest bedroom also features an en suite.

A full-time tenant occupies the separate downstairs apartment. The upper decks and hot tub are reserved for your exclusive use.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
