It's a location that gives you easy access to Basalt (two miles), Carbondale (seven miles), Snowmass (eight miles), Aspen (21 miles), and the area's world-class mountain resorts. Take your pick between Buttermilk (20 miles), Aspen Snowmass (21 miles), Aspen Highlands (23 miles), and Aspen Mountain (23 miles).

Enjoy modern amenities including high-speed internet, a game room filled with board games and a gaming system, and a cozy living area equipped with cable TV and Netflix streaming. The fully stocked kitchen boasts a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal prep a breeze. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor with its own TV, bathroom, and access to the backyard. Lawn maintenance takes place on Mondays
