The space was great for our family of 4. We have an 8 and 10 year old. Everything was clean and nice. The space was big enough for us but it might be a little tight if you had 6 adults. We opened the pull-out couch in the evenings to watch movies in the living room. We drove to the HOA pool/hot tub once but it was crowded and people were smoking. We much preferred the smaller, private hot tub at the top of the driveway, a 2-minute walk from the condo. The washer and dryer were great. We stayed other places in Breck that have a shared laundry room and cost $3 a load so having the appliance in the unit and free was really nice. There were sleds in the garage that we borrowed for free sledding in the park. We were able to walk to the Beaver Run lift in less than 10 mins while wearing boots without any issues. We did not use the Snowflake lift because our kids were in ski school. That lift appeared to be a little closer walk. The kitchen was nice but was a little lacking in pots/pans/utensils. It was fine for us because we only made pasta and meatballs but if you were planning a large, more complicated meal it might be a challenge. It was great to park right in front of the building with an assigned spot. No fighting for parking. We would stay here again.
The condo description in the listing was accurate. It was close to ski area. We were able to walk across the street and then ski to snowflake lift. You are required to walk up a long staircase in order to enter condo. Single Hot tub is about 75 yards away. Loved the large windows and decks.
Lovely location. It was perfect for our needs, comfy, and warm. Would stay again.
It is really hard to be disappointed being in Breckenridge during the summer as the surrounding area is beautiful, the trails are amazing, and Main St is great. The location is ideal (especially if you don't mind walking ~1 mile to downtown) and allowed us to hike some amazing trails, come back, and rest. We only had 2 guests, but feel at least 2 guests would sleep comfortably (I think there was a pull-out sofa).
Loved the layout and the fireplace. Nice view of the mountains.
This is the second time we stayed at Los Pinos and it's amazing! Close to the snowflake lift and close to downtown Breckenridge. Hot tub is close and it's very clean and comfortable.
