Overview
This gold-rated, family-friendly condo embodies the ambiance of a cozy home with lovely decorative touches in a mountain theme! Extending the mountain vibe, you'll find vintage snow skis, snowboards, and snowshoes hanging on the walls.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa bed as well as a full-size, extra-long couch and a loveseat. The easy-to-use gas fireplace keeps things comfy during the cooler nights. The recently expanded and updated kitchen has plenty of room for cooking together and is open to the living area, making it easy for everyone to chat whether they are cooking, watching TV, or just hanging out by the fire. The kitchen includes many pots and pans, crock pots, rice cookers, and other kitchen items making it easy to fix a meal for one or a group. The kitchen even has heated floors!
The dining table is long enough to add extra chairs or a bench for extended family stays. The chairs are padded and comfortable for those long after-dinner friends and family conversations or playing board games, card games, or doing a puzzle.
The spacious primary bedroom boasts plenty of clothing storage. The recently updated main bathroom includes a heated tile floor and a large shower. The second bedroom is perfect for children as well as adults. The recently updated guest bathroom includes a bathtub for a good soak or bathing children. As an added big bonus, there is a 12-port boot/mitten dryer with a timer that will dry those wet boots and mittens in no time. It also includes a heater if you want to do a quick warmup of the inside of your boots before heading to the slopes. It is great for hiking boots in the non-winter season also. Even if boots are not wet, it is a great way to keep them organized. Just hang them up!
Plus, when you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Love how everything is walking distance and right at the bottom of four o clock run! Super nice and updated! We loved everything about it!

2 blocks to the lift and town!
I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again. The location is incredible, just steps from Main Street and the ski slopes. The entire apartment is very well maintained and has many thoughtful touches, with renovated kitchen and bathrooms.
We were a family with two teenagers and a grandma and the place was just right. The location is amazing, in 5min walk you are on the Main street with all restaurants, shops and bars. Next to the house is a bus stop that takes you to the ski lift at Peak 9. The apartment itself is very cozy, nicely furnished, very well equipped kitchen. The perk is the heated kitchen floor - amazing. Also there is a gas fireplace in the living room that adds to the mountain ambience. A lot of space for storage, and xtra place for skis when you walk into the building, in the apartment are the ski boots and gloves heaters - very helpful. We just loved it.
