The beds felt clean, but weren’t very comfortable. The draft through the window made the temperature difficult to regulate.
Great location, staff and amenities!
We loved the place
The room is a little tired and needs some basic maintenance and refreshing. This roomis below ground and has only small windows that would be blocked if snow was present. The bathroom is tiny and could use some work, but hot water was plentiful. Breakfast was basic but good. Overall its a tight space and despite 2 queen beds, there is no way more than 2 could stay here. It is walking distance to downtown and right of bus route which made it a perfect location for getting to Maroon Bells.
Great location and value. The morning breakfast was a hit with fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and a variety of toaster options. If we were to book again we would chose a higher floor. The first floor is basement level with limited natural light. The pool and hot tub were closed for a full 24 hours over a long weekend for cleaning. We were looking forward to both after a day of hiking. Otherwise, I would give Aspen Mountain Lodge 5/5.
