The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had lots of great options. Location was walkable to lots of great trails and downtown Aspen for shopping and restaurants.

A bit of a bait and switch, would not rebook. And I camped for 4 nights after. Camping was cleaner.

It is hard to find quality places that are also pet friendly these days. You get it here! There is a nice central area to hang out on the base floor. The rooms are more like hotel rooms but adequate. The breakfast was healthy and good. Close to downtown. We have stayed before and would come again. One employee even walked someone’s dog for them while they went to a show.

The location of this airbnb is great for the price. Very walkable to most restaurants and shops downtown. We also enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful too with figuring out the bus system to the slopes. However, the room was not very clean. The shower did not drain. There were stains on the towels and bedding and sunglasses left in our room. Overall we enjoyed this place, but definitely don’t expect a 5 star hotel! It is pretty rustic and dated. The shower not draining was really a pain.
