Aspen Mountain Lodge 307

Our stay exceeded expectations. Since the lodge is one of the older properties in Aspen, I didn’t have very high expectations, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The small breakfast in the morning and fresh cookies in the afternoon were such a pleasant surprise. The staff greeted us warmly every time we walked in and the lodge itself has a cozy welcoming feel. The location truly can’t be beat. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the winter when the fire is going.

AML is the only reasonable lodging left in Aspen. It older and quaint but for Aspen it’s a good value.

The location is attractive and reasonably priced for Aspen; however, the accommodation quality was subpar, and I would not choose to stay there again unless there were no other options.

We were pleased to find affordable lodging so close to town, we could walk to all shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The unit was clean but it was very dated.

Skiing Aspen doesn’t have to cost SO much money. Staying here is a great way to save some dough for other fun stuff. It is really clean and the rooms are simple but do the trick.
