Rating
Located one exit up from Vail, Co. (Lionshead Village). We had rental car, it was a 7 min drive to ski resort. There is a bus stop near unit. Place was nice and clean, lots of rugs/mats laid out made for some tripping hazards, which was annoying. Dinning/living room had nice views of mountain. Unit can sleep 6 comfortably but note upstairs loft is above kitchen/living room area and no closed doors. Do no underestimate the number of steps it takes from the car parking spot to the unit. 50+ steps had me out of breath carrying luggage... but overall we enjoyed the location and place. I felt it was a little pricey for the value. But hey - your in Vail!
We absolutely loved this cozy little condo! The other reviews were super helpful, so I wanted to add our experience too. They were right… it’s on the third floor with no elevator, so carrying luggage up was a bit of a workout, especially with a foot of snow on the ground! That said, we managed just fine, and it was totally worth it for the stay. The location is fantastic… just a quick 6-7 minute drive to the Vail parking deck, which made getting to the slopes super convenient. Inside, the condo felt warm and welcoming. The space was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, which made meals easy. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the pantry spices! A couple of things to keep in mind: The master bathroom shower is very compact—cozy might be an understatement! It worked but was too tight of a squeeze for our liking and the men could not shower in there. It was even extremely tight for a petite woman. 🥴 The hot tub isn’t right outside the unit, so be prepared for a short walk. If you’re picturing stepping out in a robe and slippers, just know it’s a bit more of a trek. Even with those minor things, this condo was a wonderful value and a great home base for our ski trip. 🎉 We’d absolutely stay here again!
Great property!! When we go away, we’re looking for ease of living and a welcoming feel and this property definitely hits. The living room is comfortably sized for our family of 5 to all hang out (that sofa is about the most comfortable we’ve ever met!!) The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked in the most accommodating, friendly way... plenty of soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. It felt like we were staying at a friends house - absolutely hospitable and welcoming!! The location is easy, and parking lot/stairs well maintained in the snow. Loved the convenience of the mini market next door. We definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to coming back soon.
We enjoyed this comfortable top floor condo. Great views of the area from the balcony and windows. Very nice furnishings, wood burning fireplace and firewood provided. Well stocked kitchen. We used the free Town of Vail bus to get to and from Vail Village, the bus came every 15 minutes which was very convenient. Great value to stay close to Vail. Would stay here again!
We like top floor condos so we don't have to hear anyone above us :-). This top floor condo is very spacious, great amount of room in the living room and dining area, nice breakfast bar counter with stools on the kitchen. Bedrooms are decent sized, plus an open Loft area was great for kids (adults could stay up there too). We were able to walk to the free Town of Bus stop to get to and from town, there's a market on site that is convenient. Nice wood fireplace, wood was provided, WiFi worked great. Would stay here again!
Perfect lodging for the 4 of us for a week at the slopes! Fully furnished, with all kitchen utensils and and washer/dryer included. Though once the door code did stop working on us but a 2min phone call and it was changed to a new one that worked. Great time
