Nice balcony

We loved location. Entrance/foyer very nice liked the extra wall hooks, little bench to sit and the shelving area. Recommendation - put a hook behind/around door area to hang the key. Overall clean apartment - bathrooms clean but little outdated, handheld shower would be very convenient, since there was no water pressure. The kids room didn’t seem cleaned as far as dust and there was a dirty napkin behind dresser. Kitchen nice new and clean. Few recommendations - have 2/4 bottles of water - it’s helpful as you check in to know that you have drinkable water. Also coffee - at least to have coffee for the 1st morning or get the coffee machine with pods, sugar packets. Main condiments like oil, vinegar (if someone left from last trip). Netflix/internet TV(fire stick) in living room. TV on the wall in main (queen bed) room. Room thermostats need upgrade, same go light switches. Also a small vacuum would be nice to have in apartment to be able to vacuum crumbs and dust.

This unit has been updated some but could still use more updates. However, they can get by with a lot because of the great location. My family has stayed at bigger and better condos but will choose Powderhorn again based on its location. Access to the swimming pool and hot tubs are a plus. Be aware that Powderhorn does not allow grills. I would not have bought meat for grilling if I had known that.

This property is in the perfect location. Really short walk to Quicksilver lift. Less than 10 minute walk to main strip of town. I never drove anywhere during my stay or needed the shuttle. Plenty of room and has every accommodation you need to make your stay comfortable. I have book marked this property to rent in the future. Great communication from Vacassa. Hands down the best rental I've had in Breckenridge.

This is a condo that was likely constructed in the 80's and the decor and fixtures fit with that time period. Family of 4 came up in February for a work and ski meeting. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and was equipped for cooking. The oven was broken (some sort of electrical issue with the oven), the range cook top worked fine. The largest of the bedrooms (2 vanities) is set up as the kids/large sleeping room. The bunkbeds and single bed were comfortable in this room. The master bedroom is the smaller room with a single vanity and tub/shower toilet. The queen bed in the room is comfortable but there is not much room for anything else in the room and sleeping 2 adults in the room is very tight. The couches and other furninshings are comfortable. Washer/dryer and dishwasher all worked well. The three best features of this condo are: 1) proximity to the village base and quicksilver lift (short walk but doable even in ski gear carrying skis and in ski boots), 2) the elevator that makes it easy on non-alpine visitores to haul luggagge and groceries upstairs, 3) the covered parking garage with direct acceess to the elevator, this was a huge bonus as it dumped snow most of our visit and it was in the -4 to 10 degrees F most of our trip!

Very nice place to stay. A walking distance to the quicksilver lift. Also very close to Main Street. I will stay again here.
