It has been recently updated in 2019 and features a new king-size bed, as well as, a new queen size leather sofa sleeper. Trailhead Lodge 5108 also features a new dramatic antler chandelier, new Thomas Mangelsen artwork, and a brand new Sony 55 inch flatscreen TV with cable that will keep everyone entertained during their stay. The studio has been designed and decorated for those who enjoy a modernized vacation experience. Inside, you'll notice a kitchenette in a separate, private space away from the living area. It includes a mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a two-burner stovetop. A perfectly sized dining table for two is located nearby.

Well-designed with a giant bed, comfortable down pillows, great Sony tv, cute patio for afternoon sun and reading, excellent 180-ish degree view of the Yampa Valley to the south and the town to the north. I loved having a drink every night on the patio during sunset.

Our stay was horrible. The unit clearly advertised AC but it didn’t work in the hottests weekend of the year. We called the desk repeatedly and were told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. Our room was 80 degrees at night and it was awful. The staff just lied to pacify us but clearly had no intention of fixing it.

Location next to Wildhorse Gondola is ideal. Condo has a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and a very nice kitchenette. The bathroom is good size and there is a washer/dryer in the unit.
