The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express, and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.

Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Nice condo right off the slope. Kitchen is well stocked though I did not cook and property is very clean and well taken care of.

We spent seven wonderful nights in 702 for our first trip to Steamboat Springs and we’re looking forward to returning next fall. The condo is in a great location with a nice view of the mountain and chair lifts/gondolas. You are very close to downtown and the many trails in the area. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook meals and relax. We didn’t take advantage of the fitness center or swimming pool, but it was nice to know we could. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about hiking spots. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo was super clean and comfortable. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a wonderful space after traveling for 2 weeks. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Everything was clean and the location can absolutely not be beat. The balcony was so peaceful and also great to watch what was happening at the base. Garage was a little tight, but we always found a spot. So happy we booked this place!
