Quiet condo. View was great. Square footage is not 1600 as advertised. Less than 900 square feet. Shower would go from hot to cold every few minutes . Need new balancer in shower faucet. Sink light was not working in kitchen. Kitchen needs to be restocked with coffee mugs and glasses.

We liked the location and size of the apartment. We did not like the noise coming from the floor. Sounded like the building creaking as it warmed. Super disruptive especially at night.
