Unit is in a good location. Updated carpet and appliances. Place was clean. However the furniture, bedding and kitchen utensils really need updating/replacing. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Overall the place was ok.

Great location for ski access. Home was clean and has a good layout. In dire need of some updating especially the bathrooms. Very flat pillows on the beds.

The temperature varied from room to room, adding a quirky character to the condo, though a more consistent warmth would have been appreciated. Good value ground floor property with parking outside the front door. Walk is manageable to Peru lift. Furniture is old and a bit tired, especially the mattresses. The Goat and Snowdance sports are right there for your soup, whiskey and rental needs
