When we arrived, we had received incomplete information about how to check in that left us locked out of the condo. Once we got into the condo, the couch was already broken. The coffee maker was missing parts and didn’t have a filter so there was no way to make coffee. There was no can opener. The hot tub was broken. The carpet was ancient and made the whole place smell bad. Otherwise, it was fine.

Either the owner of this property does not care or does not know about the issues in this condo. The furniture is outdated. The couch in the photos does not represent the condition of the couch inside the unit. It should be disposed of immediately. It was deeply sunken to the point where only one person could sit comfortably on one end and the bottom of the couch bed did not close completely. I asked if the couch was fixed prior to my arrival, because I saw a previous online review, and I was told it was. We took a quick, cold shower, after coming off the slopes, because the water would barely warm and go cold. The elevator in the building was inoperable the day of check out, resulting in carrying luggage and gear up and down the stairs. Other guests stated the elevator was not working the day before our arrival. The only positive was the cleanliness of the room and the location. I will not rent in this building again.

Location is incredible!

The property manager called me the day of check-in to inform me that the water in the shower wasn't working. He said that I could either move to a different location that was further away or stay in the unit I had booked and receive a 75% discount. I chose the latter. The property manager was attentive during the check-in process and answered all of my texts. However, when I did not receive a refund, he did not answer any of my texts or calls about this and I still have not received my refund. Otherwise, the property was perfect for a ski vacation. It was close to the slopes and had room inside for ski gear. The kitchen was lacking most pots and pans, so bring your own.

Unit amenities are minimal and mostly broken. From previous reviews it appears it has been like this for nearly a year and never fixed. Couch is broken and cannot be used to sit or as a bed. Queen bed mattress needs to be replaced. Almost no kitchen items like drinking glasses and pots/pans.

Great location. Its a studio where 4 could sleep theoretically. There’s also a wall bed for a couple. But they need to fix that sofa. 2 hot tubs which was very nice
