Property has had little to no maintenance and lots of stuff was broken or missing. i gave it 2 stars only because it was at least clean, otherwise it would have gotten 1 or maybe zero. it's too bad because it is in a quiet neighborhood away from downtown noise but still convenient to all the available outside activities Dillon is known for and the clubhouse, while old, has been well maintained and has a very nice pool and hot tub plus game tables.
COCKROACHES Unwashed sheets and towels (stranger's hair everywhere on them) No deadbolt for safety and privacy Broken heater- stuck on extra hot 😠One of the showers did not drain Incomplete kitchen set Trash in the complex already when we arrived. I don't mind out dated furniture, but I did mind obviously stained and uncleaned furniture! The cloth stools appear moldy. Crazy dirtiest place I've been in so long!
Property manager never answered my phone calls for the many issues we had. We had a non functioning toilet, a tub that would not drain while showering, a thermostat that would not adjust the heat, urine stains on the mattress pads, no pump for the air mattress, patio door that would not lock, roaches found in one of the bathrooms, ripped couch, and broken furniture. This unit is terribly outdated and the pictures on the listing do not match what you get.
This is a great place to stay.
The cleaning crew did a good job. This place is run down and shabby. furniture was ripped, broken and stained, no working locks on windows, door lock like tin, no working lock on patio door, ALL the wood surfaces were scratched and damaged, kit counter tops were missing chunks of laminate, bed springs on sleeper were held together with a bungie cord....are you getting the idea? I've volunteered at HOMELESS SHELTERS that were better maintained than this.
good spot for a simple trip
