Get your daily shopping fix at any of the shopping malls nearby, including Street Station and La Cima Mall (both one mile). You'll also be less than a mile from Carter Park and Pavilion, a great place for families and children. When the snow melts each spring, you'll come across scenic hiking trails, tennis courts, and a playground that's perfect for kids.

Pool & Hot Tub Access: Please note, the pool and two additional hot tubs are located off-site at the Upper Village Pool (450 Village Road), approximately ½ mile from the property. Guests are provided with an electronic key for access. One hot tub is available on-site.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We had a great visit to Colorado while staying out this location. It was a close walk to the slopes and anything else you needed for skiing. Pool house was great but you will need you own towels and it is a bit of a walk from the location. They do have pay options for parking if you want to drive. Overall our experience was great and we would recommend.

More spacious than it looks on the listing. Clean, plenty of pillows, blankets, and everything you need for a kitchen. Both beds have AMPLE space to fit two in each bed. A five minute walk to Snowflake Lift: a great beginner lift with easy access to Peak 9, Peak 8, T-bar, and the largest terrain park of the resort. A ten-fifteen minute walk to town but I didn't see any immediate bus stops. One covered parking space and then a space right outside of the garage. Have to point out that the parking space is across from the unit itself (different building but about 10ft away), it was in the instructions but it was worded in a way that wasn't very intuitive for me so I got lost, ha! Otherwise, the unit is easy to find with a navigation app.
