The location is great. The unit is updated and has a nice layout for families and space. The bunkbed room is the largest with the most space. The other bedrooms are small, but fine. However, our group of 6 stayed at this unit for 6 nights. Hot water for showers became a big issue the first evening when we realized only 2 people could take a hot shower and then the water was cold. This was inconvenient after a full day skiing. We waited hours between to ensure everyone had hot water. Some had to wait to shower in the morning, which was not ideal. Also, the best time to run the dishwasher is in the morning as you’re walking out the door for the day. Also, The kitchen cabinet doors were sticky, drawers were dirty with spills inside them. The kitchen needs a deep clean and we rewashed every item we used in the kitchen because it did not look clean.

House looks clean, don't look under couch or bed or behind furniture it's very dirty. We didn't have heat for 12 hours.
