This is a very nice condo for adults WITHOUT toddlers. The entrance comes in on the ground floor and you must take the staircase up to the kitchen and living room area with quite a height. The spindles are NOT close enough together to keep a toddler from falling through. Not safe at all, especially from the very top. It is a "dated" condo as far as decor, but very nice. Other than the staircase safety issue and a true lack of communication with maintenance for the hot tub code that we were never given and didn't get to use (boo hoo)-- it is a nice condo. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked, nice & clean, warm & inviting living room to gather in, good parking, and a great dining room table for the family. Lots of positives amongst the two negatives. Had to share about the staircase spindles. Yikes.
Four of us stayed in this condo for a week's ski trip in Feb. We enjoyed our time in Fraser/Winter Park. This condo is handy to everything: Safeway, hiking, a short drive to Winter Park, Frazier and the ski slopes.
The unit was comfortable with lots of extra towels and sheets. Good location. Lacked some basics that would have been nice, like coffee filters, cooking oil, trash bags. Generally a nice stay
Nice place in a good location.
This place was a great place to get out of the summer heat and relax. It was quiet and other people were friendly. My only complaint was the steps up to the condo should have a handrail. All three steps are different heights and one step was 11”. I almost fell several times so a handrail would have made it so much safer.
