Our vacation condo is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom gem, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere to make you feel right at home. Whether you're planning a romantic escape, a family adventure, or a trip with friends, this property can accommodate your needs. Plus, it's kid-friendly!

The home is on the first floor of a walkup building less than 500 feet from the Steamboat Mountain resort. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and there is a creek running in front of the condo. Wake up to breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The condo's large windows and private balcony provide the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment with a TV and streaming services. The condo complex offers a range of amenities, including hot tubs, covered parking, and a free shuttle around Steamboat (winter only), making your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The open living area includes a spacious living room, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Loved the decor, the fireplace, the cozy reading nook near windows, great set of two bunkbeds, with queen on bottom. Easy walk to gondola. Hot tubs are kept hot!

Kutuk 108 has newly remodeled bathrooms, and master bathroom. The master bedroom is quite comfortable, even though there is no TV in Master BR. Wi-Fi is fast, and you'll be glad after a day of skiing that you are on the first floor, vice the 3rd floor....trust me.

Location was nice, away from the central plaza. Renovations were being done overhead during the day, but for the most part we weren't there for much of it.

Walkable to the gondola: cross a paved road and up a snow-covered small hill with little ones practicing skiing and boarding. Spacious. Fun decor.
