Great location. Condo was clean.

Furniture is dated, unattractive, and uncomfortable. Sofa bed is awful, poor mattress. Odd furniture and decor throughout. This is my 3rd or 4th stay at Pine Ridge -- which i like based on location -- but clearly the worst condo. The buildings and stairwell are dated and beat up. But the condos are larger than newer condos and it has washer/dryer and easy access to Snowflake lift. Overall, a disappointing condo based on low quality, odd and uncomfortable furniture and decor.

Staff allowed us to check in early and were extremely helpful. The place was nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location is excellent within easy walking distance to downtown and there is a ski rental location right in the facility. If in Breckenrdge again, I will stay there again.
