The Cross Timbers

Very nice condo with super convenient ski shuttle to the slopes, nice outdoor shared hot tub and heated pool, great for 3 families with school age children. No pack and play available for littles though. Communication with management was slow, and there was no “info packet” in the house. The heat is floor radiant heating which got the house VERY warm and it was hard to find all the thermostats to get the heat off. Perhaps if colder this wouldn’t be an issue but we basically had to have the windows open the whole time to cool off the house even with all the thermostats off. Thermal regulation could be improved. You also don’t get an access code to use the on-call shuttle with the app to take you downtown, etc., which other units in the development have. But the public bus stop is close by. Two car garage will fit a large suv but not with a roof box or barely fits a full size pickup.

We loved this unit. It is located directly accross from the pool and hot tub. In addition, the shuttle stop to the mountain is steps from the house. If you prefer to walk to the slopes, there is a short walk and access point directly to the base of the mountain. The unit is clean and well stocked for all your cooking needs. The owners have skipped on nothing for the kitchen like some rentals we have used. We loved how spacious and spread out we were with the 3 levels. It is very large and the 4 bedrooms are very private. The large primary bedroom and suite on the top level is top notch. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to future guests.

We had the best time in your beautiful condo. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds we comfortable and fit the 6 of us easily. Having so many bathrooms was also a plus. We loved the local restaurant Happy Hours and enjoyed our float down the Yampa River. We will definitely be back! Oh...and the pool and Hot Tub were GREAT! We fell in love with Steamboat and your condo made everything so PERFECT!

Very confortable house for a family. Nice living room integrated with kitchen. Good furniture. Pictures are 100% reliable. Convenient private shuttle service to ski base.

Location is great and the ski shuttle comes often! Kitchen well stocked, big family room with awesome sectional sofa. Check in was easy, no issues while there. We’ll be back!
