From a large professional-grade roasting pan to a muddler for your mojitos, this kitchen is appointed with almost any tool you would need. The main suite has a large bathroom with a heated floor in the shower area and a separate soaking tub - the large window creates a feeling of being outdoors. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Upstairs, discover an open loft that is also great for watching the wildlife activity on the lake and the Juan Mountains. This retreat also has room for yoga or just curling up with a good book. Kids and adults alike enjoy the private dock, which has a row boat for fun and fishing along with paddleboards. Young anglers get a kick out of fishing off the dock!

There is a walking/biking path close to the house and for those who like to walk or bike, it is not a strenuous trip to the uptown stores. The home provides you with three adult bikes, so grab your helmets and get ready for an unforgettable adventure!!

In winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling in the surrounding mountains. Cast your line in the San Juan River for some excellent trout fishing, or experience the thrill of whitewater rafting on the nearby rivers.
