In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

I can’t recommend this condo enough! The location was perfect—just a short distance from the base of the mountain, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The complimentary shuttle that came every 15 minutes was a game-changer, making it so easy to get around without worrying about driving. Parking was plentiful and conveniently close to the unit, which was a huge plus. The condo itself was fantastic. The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day on the slopes. Everything we needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to fresh linens. I especially appreciated the brand-new coffee maker—it worked perfectly and was a nice touch. This place strikes the perfect balance between the ease of a hotel and the comfort of a more personalized space. Unlike some Airbnbs, there’s no hassle of completing a long list of chores before checkout. If you’re looking for an stress-free, comfortable stay with all the amenities you could need, this is the place to book. I’ll definitely be back!

This place was absolutely fantastic. It was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and this place made all the difference. It was large enough for our family of 4, literally 5 steps from the hot tub and pool, had all the amenities for our ski gear, and the shuttle service to the ski area and into town was superb. Other than a few minor glitches with the oven and the lack of taller coffee mugs, I definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.
