The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The main-level primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and towel warmer. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms each offer a king bed and vaulted ceilings, with one bedroom offering the flexibility to convert its king bed into two Twin XL beds.

Village Lake provides a peaceful setting for enjoying the outdoors, while Pagosa Springs offers plenty to explore nearby. In summer, spend the day on the water, hike scenic trails and waterfalls, or head into town for dining, galleries, and the area's famous hot springs.
