We really enjoyed this home. The yard is huge and we could play with the dogs outside and walk them around the neighborhood. There is a close lake we went to often (not to fish). I didn’t feel it was too far from downtown Pagosa but away from lots of close homes. WiFi could be improved. Home was cleaned and well furnished. Grill was a great to have! Thanks so much!

Our family of 5 had a great weekend, we had plenty of space. The master was nice and quiet set apart from the kids rooms. Lots of common space for us to gather together as well. Beautiful home, very family friendly
