This is a nice basic unit. nothing fancy, but close to slopes. walk a couple hundred feet and ski down to lift. Could use a smart tv to allow streaming services or remind people to bring firestick/roku. nice view.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The only thing that would make it better is if there was more snow. But the rental was perfect for us.

We had a nice week stay, condo was cozy and walking distance to lift. We were able to ski down under the bridge and then walk to right onto the parking lot. Yes it’s an older condo but that didn’t bother us, the views were spot on. Our only issue was the coffee pot didn’t brew. The hot tub is kind of iffy only because people don’t put the cover back on after use. We booked here for the location and proximity to the lifts and it was great, met my families needs.

The view was wonderful!!! The condo was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed!!!!

This condo has an amazing view of the beginner ski area and surrounding mountains. It was also an easy walk to the village. However, it’s not ski in/ski out in the true sense. You can’t ski in, and to ski out you have to enter a blue run from the side of the trail, ski down a very short green run, then get on the Columbine lift to get to the lifts that access the main lifts. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities expected with plenty of room for 3 people- could easily accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids however. The fireplace worked and wood was provided but no fire starter sticks were provided to allow the “green” wood to light and stay lit. Direct TV worked well as did all the appliances. Our biggest reason for rating it a 3 was the very uncomfortable worn out mattresses, sheets and pillows. Those need updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
