This house was perfect for a family with kids! Between the river, the wild life and the park, there was constant entertainment for everyone when we weren’t skiing. It’s also conveniently located and you can walk to town!

We loved crossing over the Apache Street Bridge to use the Riverwalk Sidewalk into town. The proximity to Yamaguchi park is a plus for children and teens. Nice location to float the river from the house to the end of the park property.

Location is great. Garage was useful since we had ski stuff with us. Plenty of Kitchen equipment and amenities. Several lightbulbs out, furnace and ice machine were not working. If you desire to use washer or dryer bring detergent.
