Serene setting, perfectly appointed house with all the creature comforts and convenient to mountain and amenities! I’ve already requested to book a summer weekend and a ski weekend next winter. LOVE this cozy, clean and updated rental!

We just had a great stay at this house for a “dads ski weekend” I am not normally one for writing online reviews, but felt his place deserved it. It is literally a six minute drive to the Sugarbush ski area base lodge area! It was also spotlessly clean when we arrived with fresh linens and towels provided. It has a very cozy cabin vibe inside and is very tastefully decorated, you do not feel like you are in a rental. The leather couches in the living room are very nice and provide a great place to relax. There is a brand new kitchen which is very nicely appointed with high end appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need. The adjacent dining area gets great light in the morning. This place is quite a bit larger than it looks in the photos and the bedrooms are all a good size. There were four in our group so we used all the bedrooms and all remarked on how comfortable the beds were. The bunk beds in two of the bedrooms are huge, two of our party were over six feet-two tall and fitted into them without a problem. There are three separate bathrooms and shower pressure is good in all of them. The layout of this place would be ideal for families as you have an option to close a door from the living room to a corridor which leads to two of the bedrooms enabling you to keep things quiet for sleeping children if the adults are still hanging out in the living room. The entry way is spacious and provides a good spot to keep ski boots inside overnight and hang up ski jackets. The heating was very simple to operate and the wifi was very fast so if you needed to work from here it would be viable - there is even a desk in one of the bedrooms. We used the bluetooth speakers provided for music in the evenings and tried out a couple of the local restaurants recommended in the helpful visitor guide provided by the owner - had a great meal at Deco which is a short drive away. I have rented a few other places in this area before but this one is the best by a mile, I will definitely be renting here again.

To be honest, I was a little worried before our trip since the only other review at the time was a one-star review. However, the management team assured me that the issue had been resolved, and it was a pleasant surprise upon arrival to find a very clean and spacious house. The furnishings are lovely, with linen bedding in the master bedroom. There are two large sofas facing each other made the living room a great place for conversation. Large windows wrap around from the living room into the kitchen, allowing us to take in the snowy woods from both the couch and the kitchen table. We enjoyed finding many games on the shelves. There is a gorgeous fireplace in the living room. While it wasn’t available for use, I completely understand—having one at home myself, I know how much work and responsibility is involved, and I appreciate the owner prioritizing safety. I had no complaints about this at all. At night, once everyone had retired to their bedrooms, the house felt very private and spacious. The laundry room is not directly adjacent to any bedrooms, which meant I could even run a late-night load without worrying about disturbing anyone. Overall, we had a wonderful stay during the Christmas and New Year holiday week. Thank you!
