Booked this for a local bike race and when arriving to the place it was difficult to get in the door. The instructions didn't match what we actually needed to do to get in the door but luckily figured it out after 10 minutes or so. When we walked in it smelled quite terrible and was visibly not clean. There were fresh towels and sheets which was nice, but there were dead bugs around the condo, the kitchen was dirty, along with most of the dishes. After two nights, the WiFi went out and after calling (3 times), we were told no one was going to come out to fix it, after being told the previous two times that someone from their local team was going to come out and fix it. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but there was no service where we were staying so to do anything we had to drive into town. I've been told several times I'll receive a refund but every time In call they don't have an update, it's been two weeks. Definitely disappointing.
