The loft double bed was comfortable but the room itself was not comfortable, especially the half bath with a window overlooking the living-kitchen area.... not good. The property itself around the house was lovely. It had a nice view of the mountains.
Very comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen. Be sure you’re able to navigate the Gap road and driveway- worth the extra effort. We’ll be back.
Cozy and clean. Close to Sugarbush. Highly rec!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning log cabin in Warren, VT, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Perched at the top of a mountain, the panoramic views from the house were absolutely breathtaking. The large windows throughout the home allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty that surrounded us, making every moment spent inside feel special. The property is beautifully designed, featuring spacious decks with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the scenery. There’s even a charming playset for kids and a fun zip line that added a sense of adventure to our stay. Inside, the highlight for me was the spiral staircase — it gave the house an elegant, mansion-like feel while still feeling inviting and cozy. The cabin itself was impeccably maintained, with the kind of cleanliness and attention to detail you’d expect from a high-end hotel. However, despite the pristine condition, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, offering a true home-away-from-home experience. It felt thoughtfully prepared for guests, with every comfort considered. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this mountain retreat offers the best of both worlds. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Vermont.
The house provided the perfect home base for our Sugarbush trip. The location is excellent, only 15 minutes to the slopes! The house itself is very private, offers beautiful views, and is incredibly comfortable. We felt truly at home and had an amazing time. We can't wait to return! It was clear to us that this house has a long family history and is deeply loved, which made our stay even more special.
Overall the home was fine. There were a few issues though. We were not given enough trash bags for the kitchen for the weekend. The shower handle for the only shower was broken which was pretty upsetting. Water pressure in the sink in the upstairs loft was virtually nonexistent. The home was cozy, had charm and a great location, but was overlooked due to the issues we had.
