Downtown Rut Vegas Pad

Had to book a last minute stay so we could beat a storm to go to killington. The location was great. Checkin and out process was simple. Beds were comfortable. The place was very clean.

The propperty was clean and very comfortable. One of the best parts about the place was that it is in walking distance of the town center and a short drive from some nice hikes.

We loved our stay here, perfect location walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and the Paramount Theater. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed & sofa, great water pressure, full kitchen, responsive owner, etc. Couldn't ask for a better spot. We will be back for sure!

For the price and location, you can't beat this place in Rutland! We took a long weekend trip to Killington and the Rutland place was an excellent home base for relaxing after a long day of skiing. It came equipped with the basics and everything was in good, working condition. The location is great, just down the street from Downtown Rutland, and super close to grocery stores. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was disappointing due to poor responsiveness to the issues we were having. While the unit was clean and having a washer/dryer was convenient, the service delays significantly impacted our experience. We rented this house to cook, but there was no spatula in the kitchen. Despite reporting it and several follow-ups, it wasn’t provided until over a full day later, making it difficult to prepare meals. A bigger issue was the lack of hot shower water. Because of the delayed response and follow-up, we had no hot showers for two out of the three nights we stayed there, which was especially uncomfortable in winter. While the property itself has potential, quicker maintenance response and better communication would have made for a better experience.
