The main level has a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining and living area with a fireplace and AC wall unit, and a deck. There are scenic views of the rolling foothills of the Green Mountains from the deck and living area. The upper level consists of two bedrooms that share a full bath, including one with an AC wall unit. In one of the second-floor bedrooms, the 2 twin beds can be converted to a queen bed for added comfort.

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools.
