This one-of-a-kind home is situated in a hollow on one of the most beautiful frontages of the Mad River in Warren, Vermont. Located directly across the river from the center of Warren Village, this newly renovated adorable house has a brand-new high-end kitchen, new floors, paint, and linens. The main suite overlooks the river and has a propane fireplace and spa-like bathroom.

You will experience a feeling of retreat from the hectic life tucked into the hollow along the water. As the only house on the river bank on the same side of the river, you'll have plenty of privacy to truly get away from it all.

Enjoy a short walk to the village and enjoy The Warren Store for breakfast, lunch, shopping at the boutique, or groceries. Enjoy a swim at your doorstep or wading in the river. Sugarbush South base area is only two and a half miles up the hill, while Resort and Mad River Ski areas are only a few miles further. Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in one of the finest central locations. Vermont's favorite, Warren Falls, is less than two miles away, and if you're adventurous enough, you can try cliff-jumping!

The location is great and layout was very comfortable for our group of three couples. And a level walkway from parking to front door! The heat is a little tricky, with one central heat source so bedrooms get cold if doors are closed. And one shower was not working (but assuming that will be fixed quickly).

Perfect proximity to Sugarbush and overall terrific. The house could have been a little cleaner (lots of cobwebs) and the sulfur smell when we used the hot water was unpleasant. Other than that it was terrific and the hot tub was a great amenity!

We enjoyed walking in the river. Even though a firepit isn't listed, a previous guest did leave one and we left some firewood in the shed. We enjoyed the firepit and several in our party thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub.

The house was not clean. The bathrooms were dirty, toilets had urine and poop streaks. The upstairs shower would not drain. The hot tub water was green. There were webs and spiders in every corner inside the house. Sheets and bedding did not appear clean and there was garbage in the kitchen waste bins. I would not rent this property again.
