This unit is a classic "location vs. comfort" trade-off. While the proximity to the mountain and building amenities like the pool and sauna are fantastic, the unit itself needs some love. We dealt with a broken dishwasher that never got fixed (which also we were promised a small refund that never came through), a shortage of basic cutlery (only three spoons!) and umconfortable counches (you seat "on the wood" - cushions are long gone!). The beds were comfortable, but the lack of bedroom curtains meant being woken up by the sun, and the heating was inconsistent between rooms. While the host was responsive via text, the lack of a house manual for basic tasks like trash disposal made things more difficult than they needed to be. It’s a great spot if you just need a place to crash after skiing, but be prepared for some quirks and a bit of DIY upkeep during your stay.

Room is as advertised. Clean, convenient and spacious. The pool, saunas, steam room and jacuzzi were far better than I expected and we really enjoyed our time there. The walk is about ten minutes to Snowshed Lodge and the bus is super convenient.
